Publishing and selling products from Salesforce has never been easier! Just create an eStore record in Salesforce, configure the options you’d like to use, import your products from the Salesforce Product object, and publish.
Subscriptions & Membership Plans
In addition to enabling the sale of products, eStore Lite supports the sale of products or services that require the collection of recurring payments. Just create an eStore record in Salesforce for each subscription-based service, setting the recurring amount and subscription terms, add your splash page HTML content and publish it to the web. Your subscription landing page will collect the buyer information and process their card setting up a recurring payment profile at AuthNet, PayPal, or WorldPay (based on configuration settings). Then, just sit back, and wait for the payments to post to your Salesforce instance.
Importing your Salesforce Product catalog into an eStore is easy using the product import utility. If you have product descriptions, image attachments, and shipping information on your product records, these can imported to the store with your product names and product codes. Plus, if you need to track inventory, eStore Lite can be configured to check inventory levels on your primary Salesforce product record … so different eStores will all know the actual inventory for your products simultaneously.
eStore Lite also manages your Contacts intelligently. As buyers checkout through your store, eStore Lite looks for existing contact records and determines if contacts are already in Salesforce before adding new ones.
Salesforce Campaign Integration
We know that your customer data is critical to being able to successfully promote your products and services. So, after new customer Contact records are created in Salesforce (e.g. for first time buyers), your shopper database can be sync’ed with a Salesforce Campaign. Building an email list to use with Vertical Response or some other best-of-class email marketing tool? Use the eStore Campaign Sync utility to add or update members on the Campaign, then market away. If you want to measure the success of a particular campaign, you can use the sync utility to update member status(s) for those Contacts who have purchased through the eStore, and run your reports.
eStore Lite is an add-on for Linvio PaymentConnect and requires PaymentConnect version 4.4 or higher and one or more supported payment processors.
